I will guide you through a comprehensive physical audit of your posture, joint mobility, and fundamental movement patterns, providing real-time feedback throughout.
Whether you just want clarity on your mechanics or you plan to apply for ongoing coaching, this session provides the baseline. You will leave with a deep understanding of how your body moves and a concrete roadmap to support better alignment and physical well-being.

Using the exact physical data and insights gathered during your Comprehensive Assessment, Evan builds and guides you through a custom fitness and wellness program. This is not a cookie-cutter fitness template; it is a collaborative, evidence-based partnership built entirely around your specific mechanics, lifestyle, and goals.
Real physiological change requires consistent, targeted execution over time. Through weekly face-to-face coaching calls and continuous programming adjustments, we eliminate the guesswork and lock in lasting habits. *(Please note: Enrollment requires prior completion of the Comprehensive Assessment and an initial 3-month commitment to ensure you are set up for success).

All coaching services are delivered 100% online, giving you the flexibility to train from anywhere in the United States while still receiving face-to-face accountability.
We keep your experience entirely streamlined and seamless by utilizing a few key tools:
Fitpros.io: Your dedicated dashboard for custom programming, session tracking, and milestones.
Google Workspace: Video coaching calls via Google Meet, messaging and quick check-ins via email or Google Chat, and shared resource folders via Google Drive.

True progress—physically, mentally, and behaviorally—takes time. Three months gives us the space to build consistency, adapt your program as you grow, and work toward meaningful changes that actually last. It also allows time for the wellness education to sink in, habits to take root, and for you to feel supported through the ups and downs of real life.
Because real foundation-building requires this upfront focus, the initial 3-month block is a fixed commitment. Once you complete this phase, we will evaluate your progress together. From that point forward, you will automatically transition to a flexible, month-to-month retainer that you can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

No. The Comprehensive Assessment is a completely standalone, one-time service. You will receive a high-level, actionable roadmap that you can implement entirely on your own. If you decide you want my guidance to execute that roadmap, we can discuss transitioning into 1-on-1 Personalized Coaching at the end of our call, but there is absolutely no obligation to do so.

Ongoing communication is a massive part of your coaching experience. You will have direct access to me via Google Chat and email for anything that comes up between our weekly sessions—whether it's about your programming, mindset, or specific exercise mechanics.
I strongly encourage you to film your movements and send them to me for real-time form correction. You are never on your own.
Response Times: I typically respond to all messages within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (Eastern Time). If you reach out over the weekend, your message is safe with me, and I will get back to you first thing on Monday.

Not at all. While gaining access to a gym opens up many opportunities, your program is designed around the equipment and space you already have access to—whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just your bodyweight. If you ever decide to add equipment, we’ll adapt together.

Every exercise you’re assigned comes with a clear, detailed instructional video to guide you through proper form and execution. You’re also welcome to record yourself performing any movements—this allows us to review and provide personalized feedback to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively.

Absolutely—in most cases, yes. Wellness Movement is built on the belief that coaching should be accessible, adaptive, and tailored to your unique body and life. Whether you’re navigating an injury, living with a disability, managing a chronic condition, or returning to movement after a long break, we’ll meet you where you are.
We’ll take time to understand your specific needs. You're encouraged to share any relevant details—this could include physical therapy notes, medical history, diagnostic images (like MRIs), or simply a description of your lived experience.
If it becomes clear that your goals would be better supported through in-person care, clinical rehab, or a different service model, we’ll be honest about that and point you in the right direction. Our priority is ensuring you get the support that’s right for you—whether that’s through Wellness Movement or not.

Results vary depending on your goals, consistency, and starting point. For some, that might mean reducing pain or improving confidence in movement. For others, it could be strength gains, better mobility, or simply creating a more sustainable wellness routine. Our focus is always on progress you can feel and maintain—not quick fixes.

While fitness and movement are at the core of the program, coaching also includes support for building habits that influence recovery, stress management, and daily routines. If nutrition guidance is requested, we’ll discuss that within scope and offer referrals if more specialized help is needed.

Because Wellness Movement provides highly personalized, labor-intensive custom services, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly enforced to protect the time and energy invested into your success.
The Comprehensive Assessment ($299): If you complete your mandatory pre-screening questionnaire and we determine that we are not a medical fit to work together, your $299 will be fully refunded immediately. Otherwise, because you receive a custom roadmap regardless of whether you continue with coaching, the Assessment is non-refundable once the session is completed or if you fail to show up without 24 hours' notice.
The Initial 3-Month Coaching Block: Real physical adaptation takes time, and building your initial custom programming requires massive upfront effort. Therefore, your first three months of coaching are a binding commitment and are strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable.
The Month-to-Month Retainer: After your third month, you transition to a flexible retainer. You may cancel this ongoing subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email prior to your next billing date. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
