Personalized Coaching:
Our Proven Formula for Progress
1. Assess Your Current Capabilities
Every journey starts with understanding where you are today. Through our Comprehensive Assessment, we evaluate your movement, identify strengths and limitations, and uncover areas of untapped potential. This is the foundation we build on.
2. Design a Personalized Program
Your program is built specifically for you—based on what your body needs right now. That means strategic, sustainable progress from day one.
3. Expand Your Capabilities
With a targeted blend of restorative movement, mobility and flexibility work, and resistance training, we help you expand your capabilities. This is where you develop the ability to move, lift, and live with more freedom and confidence.
4. Reassess. Refine. Repeat.
Improvement is a cycle. We revisit your program regularly, making precise adjustments to keep you challenged and supported. You’ll keep moving forward—feeling stronger, moving better, and accomplishing goals you never thought possible.

FAQ
-
All coaching services are fully online—so you can train from wherever you are. We’ll stay connected and organized using tools like Google Meet, Drive, Docs, and Sheets through Google Workspace, making your experience seamless and supported every step of the way.
Wellness Movement is based in the U.S. and operates in Eastern Time.
-
True progress—physically, mentally, and behaviorally—takes time. Twelve weeks gives us the space to build consistency, adapt your program as you grow, and work toward meaningful changes that actually last. It also allows time for the wellness education to sink in, habits to take root, and for you to feel supported through the ups and downs of real life.
-
Not at all. While gaining access to a gym opens up many opportunities, your program is designed around the equipment and space you already have access to—whether that’s a full gym, a few dumbbells, or just your bodyweight. If you ever decide to add equipment, we’ll adapt together.
-
Every exercise you’re assigned comes with a clear, detailed instructional video to guide you through proper form and execution. You’re also welcome to record yourself performing any movements—this allows us to review and provide personalized feedback to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively.
-
Absolutely. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or looking for a more sustainable approach, our services meet you where you are. Everything is customized to your current ability and goals—no pressure, no shame
-
Absolutely—in most cases, yes. Wellness Movement is built on the belief that coaching should be accessible, adaptive, and tailored to your unique body and life. Whether you’re navigating an injury, living with a disability, managing a chronic condition, or returning to movement after a long break, we’ll meet you where you are.
We’ll take time to understand your specific needs. You're encouraged to share any relevant details—this could include physical therapy notes, medical history, diagnostic images (like MRIs), or simply a description of your lived experience.
If it becomes clear that your goals would be better supported through in-person care, clinical rehab, or a different service model, we’ll be honest about that and point you in the right direction. Our priority is ensuring you get the support that’s right for you—whether that’s through Wellness Movement or not.
-
Absolutely. Ongoing communication is a key part of your coaching experience. During the 12-week program, you’ll have unlimited access to ask questions—whether it’s about your training plan, exercise form, progress, mindset, or anything else that comes up.
We strongly encourage you to film your exercise form regularly (especially at the start of any new program) so we can review it together during our video calls and make adjustments as needed. You can also send in videos anytime you feel uncertain or want confirmation you're on the right track.
All communication is handled via email, and we aim to respond promptly with thoughtful, supportive guidance. You’re welcome to reach out with questions or form videos at any time. We typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays. If it’s the weekend or a holiday, it might take a little longer—but your message will never be overlooked. All responses come from Evan, so replies are usually sent Monday–Friday during Eastern Time hours.
You're never on your own—we're here to help you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
-
Your weekly time commitment will depend on your goals, schedule, and training background. We’ll tailor your program to fit what’s realistic for you—never more than you can manage, and always enough to support meaningful progress.
Whether you're just returning to movement or aiming to push your performance to the next level, your program will reflect your needs and capacity. Because ongoing feedback is built into the coaching process, we can make adjustments at any time. Nothing is set in stone—we’ll adapt as you go.
-
Results vary depending on your goals, consistency, and starting point. For some, that might mean reducing pain or improving confidence in movement. For others, it could be strength gains, better mobility, or simply creating a more sustainable wellness routine. Our focus is always on progress you can feel and maintain—not quick fixes.
-
While fitness and movement are at the core of the program, coaching also includes support for building habits that influence recovery, stress management, and daily routines. If nutrition guidance is requested, we’ll discuss that within scope and offer referrals if more specialized help is needed.
-
As your program wraps up, we’ll take time to review your progress and talk through your next steps. Many clients choose to continue with coaching, shift to a lighter check-in model, or move forward independently with a plan they feel confident in.
There’s no pressure—just options. If you decide to continue with Personalized Coaching, follow-up 12-week blocks are offered at a returning client rate of $1350.
-
Because Personalized Coaching includes a significant amount of customized work delivered at the start—including the comprehensive assessment, individualized programming, and onboarding—we do not offer full refunds once the program has begun.
However, if you need to cancel mid-program, we do offer pro-rated refunds based on the number of weeks completed. The initial Comprehensive Assessment is valued at $299 and is non-refundable. The remaining coaching is billed at $100 per week.
Refunds are calculated as follows:
Refund = $1500 – $299 – ($100 × number of weeks completed)All à la carte services (Comprehensive Assessment or Consultation) are non-refundable once delivered.
To be eligible for a partial refund, you must notify us in writing. No refunds will be issued after the 12-week program has concluded.
